Aruba Honeymoon

Your honeymoon in Aruba

There’s something special about Aruba that turns first-time visitors into loyal guests who return year after year. There are Caribbean islands that are more lush and green, but Aruba excels in its ability to couples who honeymoon on the island feel at home. The people are welcoming and warm, and they are anxious to show you the places and sites that make Aruba unique in hopes that you’ll fall in love with it, too.

Its weather makes it a natural fit for an Aruba honeymoon vacation. Dry, wonderfully warm, and desert-like, the island suits a wide range of travellers because of its climate. Stretch out on a comfy chaise lounge with a perfect view of the beach, or head to sites further afield where you can dip your toes into natural pools, or climb to the top of old lighthouse for a view of the tranquil coastline.

The joys of an Aruba honeymoon

Great scenery and beaches are just part of the equation. Aruba honeymoon resorts know how to roll out the red carpet. They pride themselves on topnotch service and providing the little perks that mean so much to couples starting a new chapter in their lives together. Perhaps that’s why one visit is not enough. Travel Counsellors is more than happy to re-introduce you to this vacation favourite again in the near future.

Good to know….

- The aloe vera plant was introduced to Aruba in 1840. At one point, two-thirds of the island’s surface was covered in aloe.

- Aruba has a golden touch. In 1824, it experienced a gold rush that produced more than six million kilos of gold. That history is showcased at the Bushiribana Gold Mill Ruins.

- The island has its own “tunnel of love.” The Huliba Cave is a favourite among couples because of the heart-shaped opening to its entrance.
