Las Vegas Honeymoon
Your honeymoon in Las Vegas
If you’re looking for a relaxing vacation where doing nothing is the only thing on your schedule, a honeymoon in Las Vegas isn’t for you. It’s a city that hums with excitement and it has a way of enticing you into the action. It remains one of the popular resort destinations in the world. It used to be that gambling was the big draw. Now it’s the resorts themselves that attract honeymooners. This is the place where celebrities and regular folks come to get married, sometimes in a tiny chapel with drive-through service. Then it’s really time to start the party in a big way.
The joys of a Las Vegas honeymoon
Some visitors to Vegas lounge by the pool by day, soaking up the sun and sipping on frozen slushy cocktails, waiting for the nightlife to begin. At any given moment, the lineup of shows, from Broadway productions to famous crooners, is truly amazing. Post-show, the crowds head to the casinos and to the hip nightclubs that line The Strip. They play hard and stay up late, then catch up on sleep at the pool. Of course, there are other diversions, too. Remember this is a town that does things big, so the shopping malls are enormous and the restaurants have either long buffets or a super star chef in the kitchen. Further afield, day trips to the Hoover Dam or to the Grand Canyon can be booked, but they take you away from all the action. Don’t worry. This is Vegas and the action is non-stop.
