We got to the airport & went to check in for our flight. The airline had no record of our tickets, they stated we had reserved them but had never paid for the tickets. I called Dixie and she jumped into action. After our call to her, we were on the next plane to our destination with no hassles. She handled everything. I recommend her to all my friends.
