Hello,
My name is Donna Lee and I am a Personal Travel Counsellor based in Carlisle, where I have lived all my life. I have three grown-up children and appreciate what is needed to ensure a successful family holiday!
I became a Personal Travel Counsellor in 1995 and am among one of the longest serving Travel Counsellors. I have over 30 years travel experience, so I am sure you will guess that I love my job!
I pride myself in exceptional, personal customer service which is simply not available on the high street or the internet. One call to me and I can arrange all your travel requirements. Should you be looking for just flights, or hotels, cruises, short breaks, visiting family and friends in Australia or a special occasion holiday, don’t spend your valuable time searching the internet or phoning endless call centres, let me do it for you.
Over the years I have visited Spain, Minorca, Majorca, Algarve, Turkey, Disneyland Paris, Disneyworld in Florida, Barbados, Australia, Singapore, short break cruises and Caribbean cruises. I loved taking the kids to Disneyworld Florida, but Singapore rates highly on my list; so clean, so safe and the people are so friendly, and of course there is so much to see and do.
I love being a Personal Travel Counsellor because I have the freedom and flexibility to find the holiday that you, my client requires. I am not forced to sell you a holiday that does not suit your needs because I do not have the pressure to have to sell you a particular brand.
I have so much satisfaction in arranging what you want, and I love the challenge of new enquiries. It is so rewarding to hear that you have enjoyed your holiday, and when a surprise holiday arranged by your family for special occasions has worked to perfection.
