My name is Jean Heathcote and I am an independent travel agent in Burton On Trent. I have worked in the travel industry for over 6 years. I joined Travel Counsellors in 2006.
I joined Travel Counsellors as I wanted to concentrate on giving my customers the highest possible levels of personal service and independent travel advice.
