I have been working with Travel Counsellors PLC for 3 years. The best move I have ever made. I am able to run my own business in my own area of expertise which is Business Travel relating specifically with the Music and Entertainment industry.
I am proud to have in my current list of clientele Mr Jools Holland and his Rhythm and Blues Orchestra.
Whilst working with Jools I have also had the pleasure of arranging travel for Solomon Burke, Sam Brown, Ruby Turner, Marc Almond and Lulu.
Other bands I have worked with include Magic Numbers, Cathedral and Witchcraft.
I also have a few ‘traditional’ business travel clients which I am well equipped to service with my experience.
I have worked in the travel industry for over 20 years. Prior to joining Travel Counsellors I worked for five years at The Appointment Group, one of the UK’s premier Music and Entertainment travel management companies.
During that time I worked with some very demanding clients. To name just a few: Sony Computer Entertainment, C4, EMI, Virgin Records, Sony Music, BMG, MTV, Television New Zealand, Channel 9 Australia, CBS News, Kylie Minogue, Britney Spears, Massive Attack, Coldplay, Simply Red, Eminem, Sharon Osborne, Simple Minds, Lennox Lewis, Elton John, David Bowie and Westlife.
My work involved meeting the demands of News Broadcasters needing to be there yesterday, to planning world tours for bands and their entourage such as the David Bowie Reality 2004 World Tour.
My last three years at The Appointment Group was spent working in their 24 hours department. Being a global business it is important to be available when your client needs you. This is a service which I can also offer now with Travel Counsellors.

In addition to this service we can also provide an initial complimentary business travel audit and, once you decide to use our service, management reports are available should these be required at periods to suit you. It goes without saying that service level requirements and travel policies will be maintained.
