About Me
My name is Kathy and I am an independent travel agent. I have local and national clients as well as a few scattered around the world and I have a customer service satisfaction score of 96%. My client base has been built up over the last 5 years mainly from recommendations from existing clients.
With over 14 years experience in the travel industry, in both the leisure and business travel sectors, I am ideally experienced to deal with all types of travel enquiries. The service I offer is friendlier and more flexible than the internet and I will give you impartial advice regarding your travel plans.
Five years ago I joined Travel Counsellors and have not looked back. I have enjoyed working with many lovely clients and have fantastic support from our head office. The technology we use is second to none and improving all the time, enabling me to search for your trips easily leaving me more time to do the more important things such as getting to know my clients!
I am very passionate about travel and take as many opportunities as possible to travel to different and new destinations. I have travelled extensively and have visited many places across the Far East, Africa, South and North America, Canada and Europe, so there are plenty of destinations on which I am able to give first-hand knowledge and advice. Being passionate about travel means that I love to learn about the people and the culture of each destination - and not just where the best beaches and bars are!
