My name is Kathy and I live on the outskirts of Axminster in Devon. I became a Personal Travel Counsellor because quite simply I take pride in offering the highest level of personalised customer service to my clients. I am a firm believer that you should provide the level of service which you would expect yourself and believe me my standards are high!
I have over 10 years experience in the travel industry starting as a ski and cruise specialist and then working as a Travel and Foreign Exchange Consultant. For the past two years in travel I have been working for an independent travel agent providing leisure and business travel, progressing to Branch Manager.
I chose to join Travel Counsellors because they have rapidly attained market leadership.
I have travelled extensively seizing every opportunity to visit new countries. Recent trips have included South America and the Azores - a wonderful destination which I could spend hours talking about! Being passionate about travel means that I love to learn about the people and the culture of each destination - and not just where the best beaches and bars are!
