Hello,
My name is Kirsty and I live in Sidmouth, Devon and I am here to take the hassle out of arranging your next holiday.
Before joining Travel Counsellors in May 2005, I have been in the Travel Industry for nearly 20 years and worked in other high street Travel Agencies including being a Branch Manager. Travel is, and always has been a great passion of mine, during this time I have seen many changes take place and pride myself on keeping up with what is going on in the Industry and still partake in various training sessions and visit new destinations whenever possible.
My favourite aspect of travel is Cruising. I have cruised on numerous occasions myself both for Educational visits and personal holidays and feel that it is a fantastic relaxing way to see several different destinations in one holiday. I have cruised with Costa, Royal Caribbean, Carnival and P & O. I have also completed various training programmes with both Royal Caribbean and Complete Cruise Solutions.
I have also had the opportunity to travel extensively on land based holidays and visited many destinations including Sri Lanka, the Maldives, the Seychelles, Canada, America, Barbados, Canary Islands, Greece, Turkey, France, Spain, & Portugal .
The types of holidays that I can arrange for my customers vary immensely from a personalised Round the World itinerary to a fortnight in Spain, and everything in between. I have access to a vast variety of travel suppliers and I am also able to put together a personalised package to suit your specific holiday requirements. I believe in taking the time to establish my client’s needs and match their holiday requirements to give them the holiday of a lifetime, every time. Being a Travel counsellor, and running my own business from home, allows me to be available to my customers when they need me at a time to suit them.
I have many repeat customers, and the growth of my business is based on not only these customers repeat business but also their recommendation to friends, colleagues and family and my reputation for providing a very high level of customer service.
