My name is Lenore Small.
It is my intention to help you find and plan your getaway. I have been in the travel industry over twenty years and have traveled to several interesting destinations. I know how important it is to take some time off from jobs and even sometimes families. I also know how important it is to have special time with a loved one, spending time together and sharing adventures!
American and European River Cruising is my main interest. I love cruising with the big ships, and have done so many times, but River cruising is up close and personal and a completely different experience. The shore is a stone’s throw away on most rivers and hardy anyone gets seasick! Some riverboat itineraries have a theme: such as Lewis and Clark, Mozart, wine tasting, or castle viewing. It’s like having a floating hotel that stops and you get to sample the local color and flavor of the area. If you are not too tired from taking in the beautiful scenery, you can relax and renew.
If you are of an age to have grandchildren, have you thought of taking them on an Alaskan Wilderness Cruise, a Costa Rican eco-adventure or a fun packed Disney holiday? Maybe leave them home and go yourself!
