The Isle of Wight has two Travel Counsellors - Mandy Gale and Susan Plummer! Based in Sandown they have been working together since 1999.
With over 22 years in the travel industry, 10 of which were spent at Heathrow, I am an expert on air travel.
Having also worked in the retail environment and at a business house I have seen the travel business from all angles. Add to that the extensive travelling I have done means that from a customer's point of view I certainly know what can make or break a trip. I am the fussiest passenger and understand how the small details can make or break a trip!
