Hard Rock Tenerife

We were excited to be visiting Hard Rock, from the moment we stepped off the plane at Tenerife South there were signs for the hotel everywhere. Once we arrived, we weren’t disappointed. We were greeted on arrival and our cases were taken straight away and we were seated whilst we waited to check in. The lobby was stylish with a buzzing atmosphere, as to be expected when staying at Hard Rock hotel.

We stayed in a Deluxe Platinum Suite, which was modern and spacious with a luxurious bathroom, huge king size bed and spectacular views of the ocean.

The pool scene was great, we spent most of our time at the family pool where there was a swim up bar, in pool loungers and a DJ set. There is also an adult only pool that has a much more laid-back vibe and then there’s the pool downstairs at the beach club. There was live music throughout the day that was anything from a DJ, guitarist or live band. All the pools offer comfy sun loungers and day beds, best of all you don’t have to wake up at the crack of dawn for these.

There is a range of dining options from pool side snacks, buffet to a la carte, we ate at Sessions, buffet, 3rd Half, a sports bar and restaurant (so my hubby and son didn’t miss out on the footie whilst we were away) and my personal favourite, the Tapas restaurant Ali Ole. The roof top bar is a must, it was chilly the few nights that I was there, so I was offered a blanket whilst I enjoyed the cocktails and live music.

The location is around a 10-minute taxi ride from Costa Adeje. There are a few shops nearby but if you want to go out for dinner or for a bit of shopping then a taxi ride into town would be the best bet.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hard Rock, and I would recommend this hotel to couples, families and groups.
