Rendevous in St Lucia

We arranged a day pass at Rendevous in St Lucia on Christmas Eve. I have been to St Lucia 3 times before staying at Eastwinds, Sandals, and the Body hotel. To get to the hotel we walked from the port as the minibusses surrounding the cruise ship seemed only interested in full day tours rather than a short which took about 30 minutes. It is the first hotel you come to once you leave Castries.

Rendevous is a couples only hotel immediately you notice that the hotel has wonderful personal service and a lovely ambiance. They made us feel welcome the moment we arrived at the hotel. The room we were given was a junior suite pool view. Which has a wonderful terrace with amazing views of the pool and beach. With beautiful balcony furniture. The rooms were large and light.

There was beach cricket being played on the beach and water aerobics at another pool (without music) Hidden away in the gardens you can find sunbeds with thick mattresses located by a lazy river in total seclusion. No wonder they call this the romantic holiday! We had a lovely meal in the Malabar beach Club and a romantic walk on the beach. All the restaurants have a beach view and there are plenty of activities such as tennis, yoga pilates, beach volleyball, and water sports available. We both decided that we will most definitely be coming back as we enjoyed the atmosphere, service, and food. So glad we made the decision to do the day pass and sample the hotel.
