My name is Sharon Murphy.
I am married mother of two based in Co.Down. I have over 24 years independent travel experience prior to becoming a travel counsellor. I chose Travel Counsellors as it will allow me to offer my clients world class service and the best financial protection.
I pride myself in offering exceptional levels of customer service, knowing I have gone above and beyond to get my experience in selling all types of holidays from short haul to long haul flight, ski trips, cruises, group bookings , city breaks business trips, relaxing family holidays , honeymoons or weddings abroad nothing is impossible.
I have travelled throughout Europe to the likes of the Canary Islands, Mainland Spain,Algarve,Italy,Cyprus,Greece & Turkey to name but a few. Have also done many city breaks such as Edinburgh, London, Rome and so on but my favourite city would be Prague. Going further afield I have had the pleasure of winter sunshine in Dubai, not to mention the states taking in shopping weekends in New York plus Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Nashville, Memphis and not forgetting the family fun in Florida. There are many more places visited but too long to mention however my favourite place would have to be the beautiful island of St Lucia.
My business is based on personal service and competitive prices. As I have flexible working hours I can be available at a time that suits you. I absolutely would use Sharon to book us a holiday again. Our trip to New York was amazing she picked us a beautiful hotel which was so central to all the NYC sites and sounds. She had told the hotel before our arrival that it was our anniversary and the hotel gave us one of their Suits. I couldn’t recommend Sharon enough ......she’s one of the best in the business!!!

My son had booked a holiday and had to change it because of a family wedding and Sharon gave us all the best options to suit our budget and take into account any charges we would have to pay. It took a few days but thankfully with her help we came out with a suitable alternative destination. We appreciate everything she does for us over and above her call of duty. Well done again Sharon. I have known Sharon a long time from when she worked in the local travel agents in Newcastle before going to Travel Counsellors, so I have had a lot of insight into what this girl can achive to make your holiday special over the years. When you tell Sharon what you would like out of a holiday she will go all out to ensure you have the perfect destination accommodation and if it is a special occasion she will inform the hotels so as to add the little extras to make it special. Sharon has organised all types of holidays for us. From when our children were young until now when it is just the two of us she seems to get it right. Nothing seems a problem and she always goes that extra mile to make sure you have a fabulous time I could not recommend Sharon at Travel Counsellors enough.

Fantastic service nothing was too much trouble for Sharon and I was on the phone quite a lot, she managed to satisfy 16 of us going to Spain from different countries. Well done Sharon. I wouldn't hesitate to use Sharon again when I go away again, and I have recommended her to lots of other people.
