My name is Eleanor Swan and I live in Marple Bridge, nestled between Manchester and the Peak District, with my husband and 2 young sons.

My career in the travel industry has spanned the last 2 decades, and has taken me from a retail shop in London, via Melbourne, to the last 12 years in Manchester managing the office of a global business travel management company.

Having worked in travel for 20 years, I think it’s safe to say that I’ve seen it all! I’m a great problem solver – there is always a solution! I love my job, particularly building relationships and understanding the exact requirements of my clients. This level of care, combined with an obsessive attention to detail and excellent business travel knowledge, means I can offer a truly personal service and make your business travel as easy, cost-effective and enjoyable an experience as possible.

I have worked with a wide range of clients (from sole traders to global organisations) across most industries, ranging from Olympic teams, to management consultants, to entertainment venues. I can offer full account management services, including reporting, cost savings analysis and travel policy guidance.

I am also passionate about travelling more sustainably and helping clients reduce their carbon footprint. I can offer creative solutions to do this, such as train travel instead of flights, combining destinations in the most efficient manner, and ensuring your hotels are in the most convenient location thus minimising local travel.

Personally, I have travelled to 44 countries – the highlights being long overland trips from Canada down to Honduras, and from Singapore across China and Russia all the way back to London. Nowadays I’m happy to stay closer to home – travelling by train down to the Alps for family skiing holidays, or driving up to the Highlands with our bikes, along with occasional trips to visit family in Australia.
