About Me
My name is Ginny Scott, and I have worked in the travel industry since 1984.
I hold an HND qualification in Business Studies and Travel & Tourism, along with BA 1 and 2, and numerous other travel related accreditations.
I have travelled extensively, both on holiday and professionally. Some favourite destinations include Greece, Egypt, Brazil and Australia. More recently I have enjoyed several trips to the Caribbean, the Seychelles and Cape Town to name but a few.
Having had a little girl in December 2002, I am now qualified in dealing with bookings which include small babies or small children! We normally have at least two European holidays every year, and we always try out something new.
I joined Travel Counsellors in November 2000, and throroughly enjoy working for one of the UK`s leading independent travel agencies. With my background experience and having worked previously in the City of London dealing primarily with very demanding corporate leisure clients, I can promise you a personal service far superior to that which you can expect to receive in a normal high street agency.
As a truly independent agent, I have a far wider choice of products on offer, and am adept at putting together tailormade itineraries. I am focalpoint trained which means I can book all flights worldwide at the touch of a button, and this is extremely useful when constructing complicated multi centre itineraries.
