About Me

Congratulations and thank you for visiting my web page! I'd like to give you a little information about myself and Travel Counsellors so that you know you are making the right choice when coming to me for all your travel needs.

My name is Vicky Dyer and I am an independent travel agent in Deal, Kent. I have been in the travel industry for just over 8 years. I joined Travel Counsellors in 2005 and before that I was a worked my way up from Travel Adviser to Manager in a High Street travel agent.

The reason for joining Travel Counsellors was simple, I wanted to concentrate on giving my customers the highest possible levels of personal service and independent travel advice and Travel Counsellors allows me to do this.

Travel Counsellors is one of the largest independent travel agencies in the UK.

As your own professional and personal Travel Counsellor I can use our award winning technology and my personal expertise to tailor make exactly the right holiday to suit your needs. Rather than selling you a standard tour operator package, I can quickly search through hundreds of different flight, accommodation and transfer alternatives to find something that suits your needs exactly. Quite often this means I can build you a bespoke holiday at a cheaper price than the standard holiday package you might get elsewhere.

Travel Counsellors recognises that not everyone is free to discuss their travel arrangements during the working week. My company’s award winning technology enables me to work from home and means you can contact me at times when most other travel agents are unavailable, including evenings and weekends and even better there is no queuing!

I have been fortunate enough to travel to many places including the Maldives, Brazil, Mexico, Turkey, Florida, Disneyland Paris, the Seychelles, Morocco and Egypt. I have skied in Andorra, Austria and France, but, the place closest to my heart is Antigua, where I got married in 2003. It really was a dream come true.

If you are planning your dream honeymoon or if a wedding abroad is something you are considering then please, do give me a call. I have organised many weddings all over the world from Greece to Las Vegas and from Sri Lanka to Thailand.

I have also achieved Dubai Expert status after completing the Dubai Department of Tourism's training program, and now appear on their Dubai Expert register. Having visited many hotels and experienced excursions first hand, you couldn't be in better hands!
